Samantha’s Quest: Isles of Galerock is a multi-part short film series created entirely by Sean Hotinski, using Unity and Blender. The first episode was released on 6 January 2025 and the series is in ongoing development.
Synopsis:
Samantha Flowerdew, a recent high school graduate, lives in a city where mysterious portals have begun appearing, sparking both fear and curiosity. While the public remains cautious, her extroverted and thrill-seeking older sister, Amy, sees them as an opportunity for adventure. One fateful night, after a series of unfortunate mishaps, Amy tumbles into one of the portals—leaving Samantha with no choice but to follow. Transported to the Isles of Galerock, Samantha uncovers a world of danger, mystery, and a role she never expected to inherit. Now, alongside Amy and newfound allies, she must navigate the secrets of the Isles and decide whether to embrace or reject the path that has been set before her.
